We are seeking a reliable and motivated entry-level machine operator to join our metal spinning department. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to follow instructions in a team-oriented environment. Some prior experience operating machinery is preferred, but not required—we will provide the necessary training for the right candidate. You’ll play a key role in helping produce precision components for the aerospace, defense, and automotive sectors while developing valuable skills in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor CNC-controlled metal spinning machines in a safe and efficient manner
- Assist with loading and unloading raw materials and finished parts
- Follow detailed work instructions and direction from setup technicians and supervisors
- Perform basic in-process inspections using measuring tools to ensure part quality
- Support heating and forming processes by operating torches and other tools as required
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
- Document part counts and job progress accurately as instructed
- Report any issues, delays, or quality concerns to leads or supervisors in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some experience working with machinery or in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Ability to read basic blueprints or willingness to learn
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Must be dependable, accountable, and able to follow instructions consistently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and equipment
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

- Pay Range: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Hours & Schedule
- Schedule: Monday – Friday (8-hour shift)
- Expected Hours: 40 hours per week (plus overtime as needed)
