Metal Spinning & Forging Operators/Technicians

Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Metal Spinning Operators/Technicians to join our team due to our high growth rate and large backlog. These are entry to mid-level positions responsible for operating metal spinning machines and supporting manufacturing processes in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidates will have experience with CNC controls, metalworking, and teamwork in a shop setting. The Metal Spinning Operators/Technicians will play a key role in producing high-quality aerospace, defense, and automotive components while maintaining safety and efficiency in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor metal spinning machines and forging equipment.
  • Use CNC controls to adjust spin parameters and ensure precision manufacturing.
  • Use torches to heat metal parts as required for the spinning process.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
  • Inspect parts during and after production to ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with other operators, technicians, and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in metal spinning, CNC machine operation, or metal fabrication preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Basic understanding of metalworking tools and techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Type & Pay

  • Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person
  • Pay Range: $20.00 – 35.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Hours & Schedule

  • Schedule: 1st and 2nd  Shifts: 7 AM – 3:30 PM, 3:30 PM – 12 AM [Monday – Friday (8-hour shift)]
  • Expected Hours: 40 hours per week (plus overtime)
